When We Walk
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday
Time: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Route
Our Walk & Give Me 30 route takes you through the heart of Detroit’s New Center, offering a scenic and energizing 30-minute loop.

We start at 2978 West Grand Blvd, heading east toward Cass Avenue, where we turn right. As we walk up Cass, we take in the city’s vibrant energy, passing local businesses and historic architecture.
At Amsterdam Street, we turn right, making our way south toward 2nd Avenue. This stretch brings a mix of urban charm and community vibes, setting the perfect tone for movement and mindfulness.
Once we reach 2nd Avenue, we take another right, walking through a lively corridor of shops and creative spaces, leading us back toward West Grand Blvd. From there, we make a left, completing the loop as we return to 2978 West Grand Blvd.
